Privacy
SmartRx (including SmartRx CPD and related pharmacy surfaces at smartrx.com.au) is operated in Australia (Australian pharmacists). SmartRx CPD is an educational companion / self-record helper. It is not a Pharmacy Board of Australia or PSA-accredited CPD provider.
What we may collect
- CPD ledger & plan (app) — may be stored on your device to keep your progress and preferences. We will tell you clearly if information is also stored on our servers.
- Waitlist / Landmark email — only if you opt in. Express consent; no purchased lists (Spam Act 2003). Every commercial electronic message will include a functional unsubscribe.
- Patient portal account data — when the Smart Rx medicine portal is live, clinical and order information will be covered by a separate privacy notice for health information.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your email or CPD ledger data.
- We do not claim Board / PSA accreditation or replace your official CPD records with the Board.
- Companion / deep-link sessions open publisher sites; their privacy policies apply there.
- We do not send Landmark Monthly or marketing email without prior consent.
Australian Privacy Principles
Before public store launch we will publish a fuller notice covering collection, use, disclosure, storage, access/correction, and complaints consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Cross-border disclosure (if any) will be stated plainly.
